La premiere nuit, Evan est ravi de retrouver son cousin Clement. Ils regardaient la tele au lit...
The first night, Evan is thrilled to be with his cousin Clement. They were watching TV in bed...
Mael and Elia meet each other...
We celebrated Evan's birthday. Here's the strawberry tart!
Evan blows out the candles...
Is it good? He's too busy to answer...
Uncle David, cousin Laura, and the babies...
Walking to Jean-Louis's place, Auntie Catherine helps Evan (to do like Clement)...
Looking for ripe strawberries in Jean-Louis's garden...
Elia debout!
Elia standing up!
The tractor is always a big hit with the kids... Watch out, Elia! It's a real one!
Clement and Evan loved dressing up in Clement's costumes. Even if it was super hot, you could often find one or the other in the Spiderman getup.
We went to visit Regis and Babeth in Beziers. Elia was flirting with Sylvain like crazy.
I love the californian flag on their terrace...
I think they're looking at Elia...
Catherine and I bring the little ones to the little pool...
While the big boys play in the big pool...
I was trying to look behind me, but it was too tiring...
Maman and Evan at the stream...
At the pool with Uncle David, Uncle/Papa.
Chocolate eclairs...
Evan wanted to visit a farm, so we went to one near la Mouline (great-grandpa's house). Here's Evan with a kid!
The rabbit cages...
Hi, cow, I like your milk.
Look, my son, a HUUUUGE sausage...
Aw, chicks...
Elia faces...
Papa helps Evan put away the eggs he found in the grass outside...
Mael is always happy, and sometimes the clown...
The Saturday market...
What market is complete without a photo taken with Bugs Bunny? The sign says "I'm getting married in 28 days" (it was some kind of bachelor party thing, the guy friends making the soon-to-be wed guy take photos in a bunny costume with kids).
Le Bapteme.
The Baptism.
Avant le bapteme...
Before the baptism...
Being baptised is tiring!
The meal after the baptism...
Mael and Elia play in the playpen--for once Elia isn't crying!
OK, I wasn't going to do it, but sorry, Olivier, the blog wouldn't be the same without this photo... Um, Elia, meet your godfather... (he was tired after the baptism! OK, yes, it was my idea to put the empty bottles all around him...)
I throw Clement in the water...
Evan on the swing at (great-)Grandpa's...
At the creek near (great-)Grandpa's place...
Clement and Evan run and play...
Elia at Uncle Jean-Louis's place...
Jean-Robert and I left the kids with Papi and we went on a little trip to see some of the fortified medieval villages. I'm trying to forget the kids for a couple days (1 night)...
At the Garden of Paradise in Cordes, Jean-Robert admires the flowers...
Woohoo! No kids!
On a road in Cordes...
Ah the view from our hotel...
The Hotel de Salettes in Cahuzac-sur-Vere. Our room was at the little window at the top, in the middle.
The pool all for us...
Cucul, je sais. Comme un jeune couple amoureux! ;)
I wanted to go in a sunflower field...
Our getaway car...(thanks Grandpa!)
Square in Castelnau-de-Montmiral...
How old is this wood?
View of Puycelsi from a distance...
At Aunt Christiane's, Alicia (the daughter of Eve, JR's cousin) and Elia play...
One very very hot afternoon, Mael and Elia play together, in diapers...
Whatchyou lookin' at, HUH?
We...want...to go...outside...
Please!!!
Bye everyone, bye France...

Looks like a fun and relaxing trip. Love the whimsical, peaceful, green French countryside pics. Love the sunflower field and the mini-honeymoon without the kids--looks like you guys had such a good time together. And of course, that strawberry tart and chocolate eclairs--yum!
