The morning of her birthday, Elia felt good.

She had a cuddle from her brother...Elle a eu un calin de son grand frere...
After 2 doctor appointments and half a day at daycare, she had friends come visit (Tanu, is big now, too!)...Apres 2 rendezvous avec les medecins et une demi-journee a la creche, elle avait des copains qui sont venus la voir (Tanu, elle est grande maintenant aussi!)...
She opened a present from her brother...Elle a ouvert un cadeau de son frere...
We sang happy birthday, lit a candle in a cupcake (she wanted to grab the flame!) and she tried some of the cake for the first time...On a chante joyeux anniversaire, on a allume une bougie (elle voulait attraper la flamme!) et elle a goute un peu de ce gateau pour la premiere fois...

Elia doesn't really like cupcakes. She just likes sticking her fingers in the frosting and then rubbing her goopy fingers in her hair.Elia n'aime pas trop les cupcakes. Mais elle aime planter les doigts dedans, puis mettre les doigts plein de glacage dans ses cheveux.

All the little ones (not many were at school today!).
