Christmas performance

Le spectacle de Noel

Chaque annee la creche d'Evan fait un spectacle pour Noel, et chaque classe danse/chante 2 ou 3 chansons. C'est tres marrant de voir les plus petits. C'est la deuxieme fois qu'Evan le fait, et il a tres bien mene pendant la danse avec une fille. Et puis il ne voulait pas la lacher. Quand il dansait tout seule, il tournait en rond sans arret, on pensait qu'il allait avoir la tete qui tournait et tomber! (Evan est le petit avec la chemise enorme/tres long--il l'avait defait juste avant le spectacle je suppose!)

Every year Evan's daycare does a Christmas show, and each class dances/sings 2 or 3 songs. It is so funny to watch youngest kids. It's Evan's second year doing it, and he did a great job of leading the girl when dancing with her. And then he didn't want to let her go. When he was dancing by himself, he was turning in circles nonstop, we thought he'd get dizzy and fall! (Evan is the little boy with the huge, long shirt--he must've just taken off his sweater vest and untucked his shirt right before going on stage!)

Evan adore son bonnet de Broncos. Il l'a depuis un moment mais c'est juste depuis quelque jours qu'il veut le mettre tous les jours, tout le temps, meme quand il dort. Et Papa est tres content parce que c'est parfait pour les dimanches!

Evan loves his Broncos ski cap. He's had it for a while but it's just recently that he started wanting to wear it every day, all the time, even when he sleeps. And Papa is very happy because it's perfect for Sundays!

Aller-Retour en Chine (Round Trip in China)

Deux photos de mon court sejour en Chine. Premier arret a Shenzhen, ville de 25 ans, ancien petit port de peche, de maintenant 13 millions d'habitants.

Deuxieme arret a Weifand, petite ville (c'est eux qui disent ca) de 8 millions d'habitants.


A cause de mon cote Sudre anxieux et de mon cote Arfeuil qui n'est pas bien loin de sa maison, j'ai eu quelques remontees gastriques penibles et du probleme avec leur banquet, mais sinon quel voyage! Juste une anecdote, ils plantent des arbres comme jamais sur les autouroutes. La prochaine fois, j'y vais juste avec du Pepcid-AC pour le bide.

2 photos of my short trip to China. First stop was Shenzhen, a 25-year-old city, a former small fishing port, which now has 13 million inhabitants.

Second stop a Weifan, small city (that's what they say) of 8 million inhabitants.

Because of my anxious Sudre side and my homebody Arfeuil side (not well when away from home), I had some difficult heartburn issues and problems with their food, but otherwise, what a trip! Just an anecdote: they are planting trees like crazy there, on the highways. Next time, I'll just to bring some Pepcid-AC.
